Access to the Driver Logs screen to view and certify logs

Updated this week

EROAD Drive driver logs present your daily activity as an hourly line graph and also a list of ELD events. To view your driver logs, on the Dashboard, tap Logs > View Logs. The Driver Logs screen displays.

During your shifts, EROAD Drive maintains your driver logs, and you must certify them as a true record of the activity for that day. You are required to certify your logs on a daily basis.

To certify logs:

1. On the Dashboard, tap Logs > View Logs.

2. On the Driver Logs screen, go to an uncertified log, and then tap Certify > Agree.

A Certify Logs notification card appears on the Dashboard when you have uncertified logs within the previous seven (U.S.) or 14 (Canada) days. The ELD also prompts you to certify any uncertified logs when you log on and log off. Tap the card to go directly to the oldest uncertified driver log.

You must use the Driver Portal to certify logs older than seven (U.S.) or 14 (Canada) days.

Driver Logs Screen

On the Driver Logs screen, swipe left and right to view driver logs (or tap Previous and Next) and swipe up to view the list of ELD events. Tap SHOW ALL EVENTS to expand the list of log events to view additional ELD events, such as hours-of-service violations.

The four rows on the log graph correspond to the four standard ELD duty statuses: Off Duty, Sleeper Berth, Driving, and On Duty. Green lines show the total hours spent in each status from midnight to midnight. Yard moves display as yellow lines on the On Duty line. Personal conveyance time displays as a yellow line on the Off Duty line.
