Shipments are specific consignments of goods associated with a vehicle or trailer. Each shipment is associated with the shipment number. Enter at least one shipment number into EROAD Drive for each shipment you are transporting and remove the shipment number(s) when you have completed the task.

Depending on your carrier, shipment numbers may be automatically assigned to your vehicle. If this is not the case, after adding or changing your vehicle/trailer, you automatically see a Shipments notification card on the Dashboard as a prompt to add the shipment number.

βTo add a shipment number:
1. On the Dashboard, tap the Shipments notification card, or tap Logs > Shipments.
2. On the Manage Shipments screen, enter the shipping number, and then tap ADD.
You can add multiple shipment numbers, as needed.
3. Tap Save to return to the Dashboard.
βTo remove a shipment number:
Tap the red X at the end of its row, and then tap Save.
Remove shipment numbers when they are no longer valid, such as when you change trailers or complete a trip. EROAD Drive automatically removes shipments when you sign out.
