Access EROAD Drive on your device by tapping the EROAD Drive icon on the device’s apps screen.
To sign in to EROAD Drive:
1. On the Sign In screen, enter the PIN provided by your ELD administrator.
Depending on your organization, you may be prompted to enter a password immediately after entering your PIN.
After signing in, EROAD Drive displays the Preview Availability screen.
2. On the Preview Availability screen, tap the applicable duty status.
After selecting your duty status, EROAD Drive displays the Vehicle / Trailer screen.
3. On the Vehicle / Trailer screen, tap Set Vehicle.
The Select Vehicle screen displays. If you do not know which vehicle you will be driving, tap Skip. Tapping Skip takes you directly to the Dashboard. On the Dashboard, you will see a reminder prompt to select a vehicle. When you’re ready, tap the prompt to continue the sign-in process as follows.
4. On the Select Vehicle screen, tap a vehicle on the vehicle list or tap the Search Vehicles field to use the keyboard to find your vehicle.
After selecting a vehicle, the Vehicle / Trailer screen displays again with your selected vehicle. Now you can add a trailer.
5. As needed, on the Vehicle / Trailer screen, tap Add Trailer and select a trailer.
The Select Trailer screen displays, similar to the Select Vehicle screen. After selecting a trailer, you may select more trailers up to the legal limit. EROAD Drive prevents you from selecting more trailers than allowed by law.
6. When done, verify that the assigned vehicle and trailer(s) are correct, and then tap Continue.
Note: If you choose the wrong vehicle or trailer by mistake, simply tap its tile to unassign it, and then tap the tile again to return to the Select screen.
After selecting your vehicle, you may be prompted to perform a pre-trip inspection. Tap Later or follow the on-screen instructions. See Perform DVIR inspections.
You have completed your sign in. The Dashboard displays.
