Deactivate a Vehicle

Remove inactive vehicles from the Vehicle Manager page but keep their data intact

Deactivating vehicles removes them from tracking and the driver management screen, but they still appear in reports. Vehicle Management permissions required.

Important: The vehicle management screen shows a Remove Vehicle option. Removing a vehicle permanently deletes all of the vehicle's data. As a best practice, always deactivate vehicles until you are sure you will not need their data anymore.

To deactivate a vehicle:

1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > Vehicle Manager.

2. On the vehicle management screen, select a vehicle, and then select Activate/Deactivate Vehicle > Yes.

Activate/Deactivate Vehicle is a toggle switch. For deactivated vehicles, selecting this option reactivates them.


To view a list of deactivated vehicles, in the Vehicle Status dropdown, select Inactive Vehicles.
