Remove inactive drivers from the Driver Manager page but keep their data intact

Updated this week

Deactivating drivers removes them from the driver management screen, but they still appear in reports. Driver Management permissions required.

Important: The driver management screen shows a Remove Driver option. Removing a driver permanently deletes all of the driver's data. As a best practice, always deactivate drivers until you are sure you will not need their data anymore.

To deactivate a driver:

1. On the 360 main menu, select Drivers > Driver Manager.

2. On the driver management screen, select a driver, and then select Activate/Deactivate Driver > Yes.

Activate/Deactivate Driver is a toggle switch. For deactivated drivers, selecting this option reactivates them.

To view a list of deactivated drivers, in the Driver Status dropdown, select Inactive Drivers.
