You may need to update a service plan for a vehicle to change the service due date or distance, which adjusts when you will receive notifications about upcoming and overdue services. You can also add the vehicle to a new service plan and remove it from a service plan. Service Management permissions required.
Note: Editing a particular vehicle's service plan does not change the selected service plan itself. To edit a service plan for all vehicles enrolled in the plan, go to General Settings > Service Plans > Edit.
To edit a vehicle's service plan:
1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > Service Manager.
2. On the service management screen, select a vehicle and then select Vehicle Service Plans.
The Vehicle Service Plans window displays.
3. Perform any of the following tasks:
Add Plan: The Add Service Plan window displays, where you check the box for a selected service, and then select Add a Service.
Remove Selected: Check the box for the plan you want to remove, and then select Remove Selected > Yes.
Next Service Due and OR Due In: Click into the applicable Next Service Due or OR Due In field to make it editable and adjust as needed.
4. Select Save.
You have just updated this vehicle's service plan.
Tip: Easily check on service due dates for a vehicle by selecting the "+" next to the vehicle's row. Select the "-" to close the display.
