Enter the service details for vehicles so that you have a record of them. You can then view them in the vehicle's service history. Service Management permissions required.
To enter a service for a vehicle:
1. Go to Vehicles > Service Manager.
2. On the service management screen, select a vehicle from the list, and then select Service a Vehicle.
Note: The Service a Vehicle option is only available for vehicles that are enrolled in service plans.
The Service a Vehicle window displays.
3. In the text fields, enter the information you want to retain about this service.
4. If the vehicle is enrolled in multiple service plans, check the plan for this service, if applicable.
5. Select Save.
The service automatically rolls over to the next period.
To view a vehicle's service history, on the service management screen, select View Log located at the end of the vehicle's row.
