Create service plans so you receive notifications and reminders when vehicles are due for servicing. The process for creating a service plan includes enrolling vehicles in the plan. Service Management permissions required.
1. Create a Service Plan
1. Go to Vehicles > Service Manager.
2. On the service management screen, select General Settings.
3. On the Service Settings window, select Service Plans > Add.
4. (Required) In the Name field, enter a unique name for this service plan.
5. (Required) Under Service Frequency, define the frequency per time elapsed and/or engine hours/distance elapsed.
6. (Optional) Under Select Service Item, check the service items that should be included in the service. For details, see Add Service Items to Service Plans.
7. Select Save.
2. Enroll Vehicles in the Service Plan
1. On the Vehicles > Service Manager screen, select Enroll Vehicles in Service Plan.
2. In the Please pick a plan for enrollment window, select the plan you just created, and then select Select.
The Enroll Vehicles in Service Plan window displays.
3. Select and drag vehicles from the Available Vehicles list to the Enrolled Vehicles list.
4. When done, select Save > Close.
