The default distance when you buy a RUC distance licence is 1,000 km, but you can increase it. RUC Management permissions required.

​To change the default purchase distance:

1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > RUC Manager.

2. Double-click the vehicle you want to adjust.

The Vehicle Defaults dialog displays.

3. In the Vehicle Defaults dialog, select Edit.

4. In the Default Purchase Distance dropdown, select the new RUC purchase distance.

5. In the Payment Profile field, ensure that the correct payment profile is loaded.

6. Select Save.
