Distance licences are purchased in units of 1,000 km. How much a unit costs depends on your RUC vehicle type and RUC weight.
When you reach the finish distance for a licence, you must acquire a new distance licence.
To purchase a RUC distance licence:
1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > RUC Manager.
2. On the RUC management screen, select a vehicle, and then select Shopping Cart.
3. Select Add to cart for selected vehicle.
4. Select the licence listed within Shopping Cart, and under Licence Details, select Edit.
5. In the Begin Distance field, use the arrows to specify the begin distance.
6. In the Units field, use the arrows to select the number of 1,000 km units to purchase.
7. Select Save.
8. In the Shopping Cart, select the vehicle, and then select Obtain Quote > Proceed to Checkout.
9. Confirm the licence details are correct, and then enter the email invoice recipient and your 360 password.
10. Select Buy now.
