4. In the Email field, enter the user's email address.

By default, the Username field auto-populates with the email address. To use a different username, unselect the Use email as Username box.

6. Select Set Password, and then in the Enter Password dialog, enter the password for this user. Select OK.

7. Enter the phone number, job title, and other optional information, as needed.

8. Select Security.

This is where you specify the user's access permissions to EROAD 360 features, such as Vehicle Manager and Driver Manager.

11. Select and drag fleet names from the Available Fleets list to the Assigned Fleets list.

If this user needs access to all vehicles in all fleets, select and drag All Vehicles.

12. Select Driver Group Access and select drivers or All Drivers, similar to Fleet Access.

This is where you specify the user's access to driver groups for viewing and management purposes.

13. Select Save.

You have added a new 360 user with the appropriate permissions to 360 features, fleets, and driver groups.
