Assets only appear in Reefer Manager when they are assigned to one of the following refrigerated vehicle types:

To update the vehicle type so a vehicle appears in Reefer Manager:

1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > Vehicle Manager.

2. On the Vehicle Manager screen, double-click on the applicable vehicle row.

The Edit Vehicle dialog displays.

3. In the Edit Vehicle dialog, select Settings.

4. In the Vehicle Type dropdown, select the correct refrigerated asset type: Refrigerated Rail Car, Refrigerated Trailer, or Refrigerated Truck.

5. Select Save.

Now you can see your reefer asset in Reefer Manager.
