The most likely reason for your vehicle not appearing on a Location Report is that the location is not installed on the vehicle's device. To do so:
Go to Vehicle Manager, under Vehicles in the top tab
Double click the vehicle you wish to install the location to
Go to the Location tab from the window that appears
Select the relevant location and move it from the Available to Installed column
You are also able to check which vehicles are installed to what locations through the Location Manager. To do so:
Go to Location Manager, under the Admin tab
Select the location in question and then select Edit Settings
Go to the Assets tab from the window that appears
If you are wanting to install any more assets to the location you can do so by selecting the relevant asset and moving it from the Available to Installed column
Please note that both of these options will not back date - only from this stage on will the vehicle appear on the location report.
