Why Doesn't a Vehicle Appear on a Location List?

The most likely reason your vehicle does not appear on a location report is that the location (geofence) was not added to the vehicle's profile within Vehicle Manager. When you add a geofence location to a vehicle's profile, the vehicle's activity related to that location will appear on location reports.

Add Location to a Vehicle's Profile

1. On the 360 main menu, select Vehicles > Vehicle Manager.

2. In the vehicle list, double-click the vehicle that does not appear on a location report.

The Edit Vehicle window displays.

3. In the Edit Vehicle window, select Locations.

4. Under Available Locations (Groups), select the relevant location and drag it to the Installed Locations list.

The new location appears in the Installed Locations list with a Pending status.

5. Select Save.

Note: Adding locations to vehicle profiles is not retroactive. The vehicles will appear on location reports going forward.​

Verify Which Vehicles are Currently Associated with a Location

1. On the 360 main menu, select Admin > Location Manager.

2. Under Locations, select a location in the list, and then select Edit Settings.

The Location Edit Settings window displays.

3. In the Location Edit Settings window, select Assets.

Under Installed Vehicles you see all the vehicles associated with this location. To add this location to more vehicle profiles, select them from the Available Vehicle (Fleets) list and drag them to Installed Vehicles. Select Save.
