1. Open up Fleet Manager, under the Vehicles tab

2. Select Add Fleet

3. Give your fleet a name & colour

4. Add vehicles to the fleet by the Vehicles tab

5. Add which users have access via the User tab

6. Select what alerts you wish to receive from this fleet via the Alerting tab

To edit a fleet, select the fleet then click Edit Fleet, or double click on the selected fleet. This will open up details of the fleet, and you will be able to follow the same steps as above.
