You may accept an unidentified driving record in error. In addition, supervisors regularly review unidentified records and may assign records to the wrong driver of a vehicle.
To reassign unidentified records back to the unidentified driving records list:
1. On the Dashboard, tap Logs > Driver Logs, and then on the Driver Logs screen, tap Edit.
2. Select Previous to navigate to a log with an incorrect unidentified driving record.
Assigned records appear with an annotation and the assigned record icon as shown below.
3. Tap the assigned record icon.
The Review Accepted Unidentified Record screen displays.
4. Tap Assign To Unidentified.
You are returned to the Driver Logs screen, and the now unidentified record no longer displays on the log. An “Events unassigned successfully” message appears.
5. On the Driver Logs screen, tap Finish to exit Edit mode.
