The main reason that your vehicle may not have recently updated in the system is that it is in an area where the GSM coverage is not good and the device does not have a clear view of the sky (such as in a tunnel or in a mountain range).

Please note that no information is lost when this occurs as it is always being stored on the unit and will update on 360 as soon as it is back in good range.
