1. Hover over the Admin tab and click on Location Manager
2. Select the Geofence you are wanting an alert for and then select Edit Settings
3. Enter the amount of minutes a vehicle can be in the Geofence for before an alert is generated
4. Change to the Alerting tab, click on Custom and then select if you would like the alert on the Tracking Page, through your Message Centre or via email.
If you are wanting your alert to appear on the Tracking Page, select 'None' and then choose the level of priority you are after
If you are choosing email alerts, ensure you also enter in email recipients - these recipients will also need to be users of 360
