If you are removing a vehicle, unfortunately you cannot just move your TMU750 eRUC device to another vehicle. NZTA doesn't allow a single hubodometer serial number to be used more than once, so another unit is required. Below lists the process to getting a replacement device:

1. Advise support of the serial number of the unit being returned, you will receive an RMA form

2. Print the RMA form out, and courier it to us with the unit

3. Issue a PO exactly as you would for a new install, with the hardware price amended to the discounted rate

4.  Once we receive the unit back, we will approve shipment of the new order
