There are four different types of alerts you can set up in 360:

  1. Tracking Page

  2. Message Center

  3. Email

  4. SMS

1. Tracking Page

To set these up click on the 'None' under the Tracking Page tab and then select either Low Priority, Med Priority, High Priority or Popup next to the event you would like to be alerted on. Press Save.

Alerts set up to appear on the Tracking Page as either Low, Med or High Priority will appear as an ! icon next to the vehicle on the vehicle list. You can view these by selecting the vehicle and going to the Alerts tab below the vehicle list.

Tracking page alerts can be cleared by right clicking on the vehicle and selecting 'Clear All Alerts'.

If Popup is chosen then, upon this event occurring, this will center your screen on this vehicle with a pop up alerting you to the event.

2. Message Center

You can set up alerts to populate under the Messages tab to have all your alerts in one centralised place.

To set up these alerts select the tick box in the Msg C column next to the event you are wanting to be alerted about. Press Save.

3. Email

Email alerts can be set up by selecting the tick box in the Email column next to the event you are wanting the alert for.

You then need to select either 'Email Recipient(s)' or the white box next to this to bring up a list of 360 users. Select the user you are wanting to receive the email alert and select 'To->'. Press OK and then Save.

4. SMS

If you are wanting SMS alerts you will need to set up an account with a third party - Text Global. If this is something you would like further information on please contact our support team.

Alerting Hours

By default alerts are 'Always on' however if you are only wanting to receive alerts between specific hours you can select 'Specific Hours' and specify the hours when you would like these to be received. Once you have edited this remember to press Save.

Alerts are permission specific, please contact your admin user or Coretex Support if you do not have access to this.
